SCM Integration

In some of the scm supported by Redmine can create folders and upload files from Redmine?
Or all of them allow only reading

Redmine only reads the repositories, there are different shipped-with (an apache module for authenticating users and authorizing them for svn repositories) and third-party (a modified version of said module to work with git for example) extensions to allow for authentication and authorization integration.
