How to hide documents from the users, who wasnt added in permission list

Hi.
I want to hide all documents (projects, issues, ets) from the users, who wasnt added in permission list. I mean, that the current user may view projects, there hе is added as a member only. I tried to fix permission list for "non member" and "anonymous" (remove all checkboxes), but the user could still VIEW projects,, there hi is not a member.

Hi,

maybe the project is marked as "public" at the configuration menu?
