How do I delete a project?
Seems that I cannot find the funtion.

Click on Administration, then Projects you will then see a list of projects and delete link to delete the project.

How to find out who deleted project?
Any log ?

I know that is task over 6y but...

Since 4.2.0, admins or normal users with the necessary permission can also delete the project from the actions bar respective project's Overview page. This feature was added in #33945.

The existing interface for admins remains unchanged.
