Adding Notes To Issues

I apologies if this is a duplicate, but I am not sure the other post I made was actually created.

How do you add notes to Issues? I must have overlooked a setting or something, I just don't see a link to add notes.

Press 'Update' link - it is at the line of the subject and at the bottom. Check your permissions too.
