Change my Avatar Image

Hi I am testing redmine to host my future projects, I would like to change my User identification Icon to host my picture. I see this possible, but could any teach me this.

I your email is registered with gravatar.com, Redmine will show your avatar from there.
Also, you may use redmine_local_avatars plugin. This plugin enables you to upload your avatar to Redmine site.

Thanks Ivan Cenov and Steven, I cannot register with gravator.com as it is internal mail domain, but succeeded with redmine_local_avatars plugin.

Local avatar is better;

I am unable to install redmine_local_avatars plugin. I am using redmine-3.3.3.
Any workaround?

This is a test to see if I have avatar.
