Date time in ISSUES

Hi,
My question refer to the ISSUES functionality of Redmine.
Is it possible to change the fields START and DUE DATE within ISSUES from a date field to a date-time field?

Also, is it possible to automatically populate DUE DATE based on START and PRIORITY?
For example:
If : START = 01-NOV-2011 11:00am
and : PRIORITY = IMMEDIATE (max resolution time = 2 hours)
then: DUE DATE = 01-NOV-2011 13:00pm

In our project developers have deadlines to resolve issues, which can vary from 2 hours (immediate) up to 5 business days (low).

Both is not possible with a vanilla Redmine.
