Timelog report broken: nobody uses it?

Hello everybody.

We're using Redmine with much satisfaction, except for one issue: the broken timelog report.

It's well documented in issue #8976, but it seems ignored (it's in "new" state and there isn't solving estimate). It seems strange to us: it's such an useful feature, nobody else is using it?

We're not Ruby developers, but if someone could give us some advice where it could be the error, we could try to arrange a patch.

Fabio, I am not seeing the same problem, maybe you have a plugin that's causing this?

I have the Backlogs Plugin. Didn't tried without it, maybe I can try and let you know.
