Cannot update redmine with svn

Since few weeks i've got following error:

svn: access to 'http://redmine.rubyforge.org/svn/trunk' forbidden

Is there any issue with svn access or this is problem in my place?

I don't have any problems accessing svn-repo of Redmine anonymously.

OK, i'm stupid. I have proxy and lately changed server's network address (moved it to another subnetwork). And of course forgot to unblock this subnetwork at proxy...
