Hi,

Is there a way to enable an anonymous form for a project that anyone can use to file a bug report or submit a feature request?

Depending on your Redmine settings, yes.

  1. allow anonymous access to Redmine (see Authentication required setting)
  2. make sure that at least one of the two system roles Non member or Anonymous include the Add issues permission
  3. goto the project and click new issue
