'Add Watcher' functionality

Hi,

I am just wondering the reason of poor perfomance of 'Add Watcher' functionality.

If I click 'Watch' all works fine, but if I use 'Watcher-Add' functionality on the right-side panel I get high CPU usage on the server and high response time on the client.
