Phone number missing last digit on agent UI.

Phone number fails to dial due to missing last digit on agent UI. Dump of list confirms 10 digits uploaded. Applied patches then noticed I needed only install the last one. Reapplied goautodial-agent directory from virgin machine and applied only last tar patch. Agent new record after dialing issue dissapeared but phone number is only 9 digits.
