We would like to make everyone be able to create new issues for all private projects. Redmine "authentification required" is set to on.
If we wanna accept mails from this unregistered mail senders, which mail import parameters are necesarry?
Is this correct?
- unknown_user=accept
- no_permission_check=1 ?
- add issue right for role Non member: no ?
- add issue right for role Anonymous: yes ?
If i choose unknown_user=create, the user is saved as author in the issue and i can find out its mail and filter in issue list by user.
Is (and where) the email of the user who send the email saved and showed somewhere in the issue form if i choose "unknown_user=accept". How can i filter by issues send by a specific mail adress by an "anoynous (not registered) user?

We still using redmine 1.21 and the switch we talking here about is new in 1.3 i think. So the answer is no, i still don't know what the right way is.
Someone out here of the redmine guru's?
