New created theme not available - v 1.3.0 stable

Hello there

i am using the v 1.3.0 stable and created a new theme folder with a .css file in the stylesheets folder. Also i downloaded a Theme, but both Themes are not available to select in the Administration settings. What may went wrong?

Take a look inside the log file.
Is the new directory accesible by the webserver ?

Everything "green" on Admnistration->Information ?

Hello

On Administration -> Information RMagick is marked as inactive, but optional.
Is that need for the themes?

I am using Ubuntu as a server for redmine and the read and write rights are set for "root".

Doesnt work. :(

thanks now it works, i had a last error with rights on a certain folder.
