How do I make sub-pages in the wiki like in yours when showing Index by title http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/Page_index/special

Use multiple '*'

See http://www.redmine.org/issues/show/528#note-15 for the implementation-notes by Jean-Philippe.

Resumé: create both your pages and afterwards open the child-page and click "rename", then enter the name of the Parent page.

Will add it to the documentation this weekend... Thanks for pointing out...
