I have several users complaining about not being able to export more then our set limit for "issues export limit". There doesn't seem to be a way via the browser to "get the next set".

I have provided them with sample REST api scripts to download issues, but that's not meeting their desires (mostly a desire not to have a secondary app/tool to extract the data).

I did open an issue about this a while back (#10915)
