How can I set the default authentication mode and timezone for a new created user?

Hi,

When I create a new user with the page,
https://redmine_installation/users/new

There are some defaults there I have to change manually each time. How can I set,

"Hide my e-mail address" -> on (default off)
"Time Zone" -> some specific time zone (default none)
Authentication Mode -> some mode (default Internal)

so that each time that I open that page, my configured defaults are shown?
