Creating 'Activity (time tracking)' option

When I go in to a project settings and choose the "Activity (time tracking)" tab there are two activities that I can disable or enable, but there is no "create new activity" button.
How do I create a new activity?

Never mind, found it a second later under custom fields.

You're looking for administration -> enumerations, i.e. the administration of the whole redmine instance, not the project settings.

So that's where it was hiding!
Couldn't find it anywhere, I had no idea it was related to enumerations.
