Can't add new project

I just signed up at redmine, and at my project page there is simply no button for adding new project... What's wrong? and what should I do to enable it?

www.redmine.org is not intended to host user projects. If you want to try Redmine, go to http://demo.redmine.org/

The demo site is just for - well, demonstration. You need to download and install redmine or look for a hosted solution (plan.io)...
