HowTo run redmine2.2.3 as windows service?

I have done every things step by step with the article "Wiki: HowTo_run_Redmine_as_a_Windows_service",but I don't know where the service.rb exists or is need a new file named "service.rb"?And I don't know where the service.rb loaction directory?

in the command prompt using thin start is ok
but start the windows service the log file save the log like:

Connecting to database specified by database.yml
OpenIdAuthentication.store is nil. Using in-memory store.

how to resolve it?
