Bad required field in new version dialog

I think this got left from a plugin.

I'm guessing the uninstall didn't remove it properly. How can I get rid of this field named "tesr", since it's required it's preventing me from creating versions :(

It looks like it is a remaining version custom field. See "Administration -> Custom fields -> Versions".
