Redmine screenshots usage policy

Hi,

Please clarify if it is allowed to use Redmine screenshots in the following cases (please point restrictions if they apply):
1) Internal organization/company usage,
2) Usage within ecosystem, partners and cooperating companies with signed NDAs and agreements,
3) Public usage on conferences and lectures.

Screenshot are to be used within documentation and presentations.

I don't think this is a problem for software released under GPL terms in general. See eg.: and (this one is about MediaWiki, which is - as Redmine is - licensed under the GPLv2):

Jean-Philippe Lang, the (main) copyright holder of Redmine1, hasn't expressed himself about this.

Note-1: the icons are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution licenses1.
Note-2: IANAL.

How to share? Simply generate a forum post or is there a special way recommended?

At first I asked this just because of my personal interest, but reflecting it makes me think others could profit from such slides, too so I guess a forum post would be a good idea...
