ERROR: bundle install --without development test

I have this error to install bundle:

[!] There was an error parsing `Gemfile`: compile error - syntax error, unexpected ':', expecting $end
gem 'tzinfo-data', platforms: [:mingw, :x64_mingw, :mswin, :jruby]
                             ^. Bundler cannot continue.

 #  -------------------------------------------
 #  # Windows does not include zoneinfo files, so bundle the tzinfo-data gem

How fix it?

I created #20068 for this syntax error. What bundler version are you using (bundle version)?

"platforms:" is valid Ruby 1.9 hash syntax.
I think you use Ruby 1.8.7.

i also have same error. but i use Ruby 2.3.1

What is output "ruby --version"?

For Ruby version 1.9.3 and higher the syntax should be:

# Windows does not include zoneinfo files, so bundle the tzinfo-data gem
gem 'tzinfo-data', :platforms => [:mingw, :x64_mingw, :mswin, :jruby]
