Backup on cloud

I have a ubuntu 14.04 server on godaddy running the redmine of bitnami.
But Godaddy will stop the services on December 31.
I had a new server on the google cloud platform but with debian 8
I would like to know how do I bkp the server in godaddy and restore in google debian.
I have access to adm via ssh from both servers.
