Problems Custom queries

Hello, I want to add more filters in my "Custom queries". Is it possible to add more values ​​than they put?

Do you mean a custom query somebody (manager, admin) created for you? If this is the case, then no you can't.
You could select the query modify it and save it as a private custom query.
