With an app, the developer has to use the REST Api and as far as I know, there is no support for thunbnails/previews, yet.

Die not know, that apps do not display the pictures.

Only Problem how is:
When i enter every comment and every picture to ticket, i can See it all i the Browser.
Open the PDF by button the are only dritten commends but no pictures.

Can i ajust the system to displa hole contant in PDF?

The images get only exported if they are embedded in your comments text.
Attached files are only listed at the bottom of the exported pdf document.

ok, embedded pictures work...
but, can i format them?
for example: two rowes, 250px pe picture on longer side?
or rotate?
or crop?
