How to create more than one ticket at the same time

In our team,we use Redmine to manage the project. Before we start a project,I have to create a base structure on Redmine。It costs a lot of time.
I wonder whether there is a way like uploading to create a customized structure

Hi Shuang, you can use the Import function for this case: HowTo_import_issues.

You can create a template project with all your default settings and issues.
If you need a new project, just go to Administration->Projects and copy your template with all its "ingredients".
