Need Apps

Hello,
Is there any way we can access this project from the phone?
Is there any php version of Redmine or not?

Hello,

Redmine doesn't have a PHP version as it's completely based on Ruby on Rails.
The application has a responsive (mobile) version since 3.2.0 I think.
There are also apps to access Redmine instances on Android and iOS devices.
Redminer for Android and RedminePM for iOS are the most popular ones.
