How to install WYSIWYG Editor by Takeshi Nakamura

Hello! Sorry for dummy question, but I can't Install WYSIWYG Editor by Takeshi Nakamura
In manual written:
Installation
Clone or copy files into the Redmine plugins directory
Restart Redmine
I copy files to /opt/redmine/public/plugin_assets/redmine_wysiwyg_editor-master/
When reboot Server - but editor is not change (for example in wiki)
What I'm doing wrong?
Rename redmine_wysiwyg_editor-master to redmine_wysiwyg_editor.
