ckeditor not work in notes

Hi, my configuration:
Environment:
Redmine version 3.4.6.stable
Ruby version 2.4.1-p111 (2017-03-22) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 4.2.8
Environment development
Database adapter PostgreSQL
SCM:
Mercurial 4.5.3
Git 2.17.1

the ckeditor works in the configuration window, but it does not work when I add modifications / notes to the requests

I think that you should ask for help on the Github redmine ckeditor project (https://github.com/a-ono/redmine_ckeditor) instead of here.
Redmine Ckeditor is a plugin and is not developed or maintained by Redmine dev team.
