"Close" status

Hi,
We upgraded from 3.1.x to 3.4
Now I can't set status “Closed” with full rights on few tickets. BTW all other statuses are available.

Maybe the issue has some open children. You cannot close an issue that has open children in Redmine 3.4 or later.
