Please explain what I'm doing wrong

I have a simple problem but I find out why it happens but it happens when I configure the mail or install a plugin in my case scrum this happens

when I edit this file it happens and when I comment and delete what I did the page is restored

If your configuration file isn't valid or you try to load plugins which have errors or are incompatible with your version of Redmine then passenger is unable to load and start the application and you are welcomed with this error message.
You should have an error log with detailed information about your Redmine instance somewhere on your stack.
