Default tree-structure view
Added by Anton Shkatov almost 4 years ago
Hello all!
I honestly was looking for solution of my issue on this forum, but I can`t.
Is there an option to set tree-structure view by default on the project issues page?

Yes. https://github.com/Loriowar/redmine_issues_tree
After installing it , set tree-structure view by default via http://your_redmine_server/settings/plugin/redmine_issues_tree

There is no need for a custom plugin.
Instead, you can define your desired query, including your desired columns (which may include the "parent issue" column in your case), filters, group and sort rules, ... Make sure to save this query so that it is visible for everyone. You can then set this saved issue query as the default query for a project in settings -> issues -> default query.
Alternatively, if you are an admin, you can also save the query for all projects. You can then set this saved query as the standard default query for all projects in administration -> settings -> issues -> default query. The project-specific default queries will take precedence before the global default query.
If desired, you can also define a default query for yourself. You can set it on your My Account page.
