Help: uninitialized constant Redmine::WikiFormatting::CommonMark::HTML (NameError)

When I start redmine-5.0.2, it failed with:

Exiting
/usr/local/www/redmine/lib/redmine/wiki_formatting/common_mark/external_links_filter.rb:27:in `<module:CommonMark>': uninitialized constant Redmine::WikiFormatting::CommonMark::HTML (NameError)

Any suggestion?

I have opened #37394 for this issue because this was repeatedly reported in the forums.
