Creating Mail from EMail

Hello,

I'm already using standard mail integration in Redmine 5.0.6. It works

I want now to integrate custom fields values which are in my mails. It seems it doesn't work : email imported but custom fields are empty. Specify category, project in email works.

I have made some tests (names with lower/upper cases) but custom fields aren't "read".

I've read several discussions in this forum or Internet but I don't find a solution.

Before I investigate the code, I will appreciate if someone has some clues.

The sender of the email has permission to update the custom fields?

I think so, i use this parameters in rake command :

unknow_user=accept no_permission_check=1

Mails are rarely from user already known in Redmine and we don't create account for them
