Issue categories inheritable on subprojects

In this revision seems possibile to create categories on a project and have them available on subprojects without recreating them.
Is this option still available? I cannot activate it...

That revision (actually the whole branch (source:/branches/work/project_inheritance)) has never been merged into the Redmine core thus hasn't been released. As far as I know, up to now, this feature hasn't been added to source:/trunk (current devel-line in SVN which eventually will give birth to Redmine 0.9.0). either. See also issues #1278 and #1878...
