combo box as custom field for tickets

How can I create a combo box as a custom field for tickets. In this, like a list box, already known values should be selectable, but it should also be possible to add a new value directly when entering the ticket...

afaik, this isn't possible in a single option. You should create a list and a text filed separately for this.
