Wiki formatting (subscript and superscript)

Hi all,
Is there an undocumented way to use superscript and subscript in the wiki syntax? I have some equations I'd like to document, and I'd prefer to avoid exporting them as documents or images if possible.

  • Superscript:
    • a ^2^ + b ^2^ = c ^2^ produces a 2 + b 2 = c 2
  • Subscript:
    • log ~2~ x produces log 2 x
