Files module description

I'm using the Files module. When I upload files I can get them an optional description, which is fantastic, but so far as I can tell that description is never displayed anywhere. It would be wonderful if I could get each file to have its description displayed along with it. Any help?

IIRC you can hover over the name of the file with your mousepointer to get a nice tooltip with the description.
