How to add an new issue as #11 in a project?

Now, I delete #11 issue, and add a new issues, but the new one is #12.
I cannot edit it as #11.
How to add a new issues as #11 in a project?

Could you please tell me? Thanks a lot!

This is not possible in Redmine by design afaik.

I find if delete all of the projects, the issue counter is start from #1!

so now I decide to delete all of the projects before it open to all of team member.

But that some wiki pages edited by me need to backup, my god!

Would you like to share another better method to backup a project(setting, wiki pages etc) in redmine?
