Any daily journal plugin, please?

Hi, good folks of Redmine,

As a new user, I really appreciate what you guys put together. Redmine makes my life breeze.

One thing that could really promote Redmine to our group is a feature to record daily journal. If it is possible, we'd like to share each member's journal only within our group like internal ticket.

Is there any plugin like that or have I missed a major feature already in Redmine?

As far as I can see, activity is a summary showing what we do today. What I am looking for is a diary where each member can post about his/her daily activity. We are currently use news feature for this but it's rather trivial.

I might have missed a feature but I just cannot find.
