Help needed for Custom Field

I have created two custom fields which are assigned to the specific project. I now need to access this newly created custom field value from gantt chart. I was able to access these values from Issue page but i was not able to access the custom field value from gantt chart. I am very new to ruby platform.

Help needed as soon as possible.
