Customized fields related among them

Hi everyone,
I need to have a lot of customized fields but with a particularity: they have relationship among them.
Which is the best way to do this?

Not supported by a plain vanilla Redmine.

I know there are already several feature requests for features like this. Please take a look yourself: Feature requests on redmine.org related to custom fields.
