Problems with redmine_latex_mathjax plugin in 2.6.1

There are some problems with redmine_latex_mathjax plugin when several other plugins are installed.

I found that combinations

prevent issue filters to work in issue list pages (redmine_path/issues, or redmine_path/projects/someproject/issues). redmine_latex_mathjax without above mentioned plugins does not prevent issue filters from functioning. Also Redmine without redmine_latex_mathjax and with these plugins works well. The combinations do wrong.

There were problems with redmine_latex_mathjax plugin. It seemed to destroy the HTML headers (particularly the headers of several other plugins that loaded JS scripts). So these plugins did not worked as expected.

I refactored the plugin and it is at https://github.com/jwalkerbg/redmine_latex_mathjax. I hope I did refactoring in the right way. I would be happy if someone takes a look at it and reports any errors.

Hm... this does not work

But, redmine_latex_mathjax + https://github.com/peclik/clipboard_image_paste didn't work with the original plugin, now works. It seems I repaired something but not all. Unfortunately, I am not Ruby and Ruby on Rails programmer and cannot do anything else (by now).
