Plugin for making buttons for issue status

I'm using Redmine 3.1 (with Ruby 2.0 and Rails 4.2.3) and I looking for a plugin for making buttons for issue status.
I found the plugin issue-hot-buttons (https://www.redmine.org/plugins/issue_hot_buttons).
Redmine not crushing when starting but nothing appear in the administrator->plugins area.

What should I do?
Is there any other plugin that might be fits?

The plugin appears now in the administrator->plugins area, but I get 404 error:
The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed.

Any assist will be great.
