Override / disable other plugin patch

Hali-gali,

I have a problem with a plugin where the plugin "overrides" other plugins add plus project settings tab.
So only that plugins plus tab and the default tabs will shown.

Is there an option to override or over patch that plugin's "ProjectsHelperPatch" file?
With another plugin or by add a new patch file (I mean a truely new one, not overrideing the original file) into that plugin.

I could fix that patch by modify the file, but for the future upgrades of that plugin I want a better option.

I made my new tab in a similar way.
My problem is, there is another plugin from a different developer. Who didn't used the proper way for a new tab.
I could fix that plugin with modifiy the plugin files. But I wana fix it with another patch or with an override. With a new file, not with file modifying.
I tryed with a patch patch, but it didn't worked.
