'Email notifications' x 'news'

If my setting is "Only the things I see or I am involved" for email notifications I do not receive e-mails about the news generated. Should have a way to observe or configure to receive emails of news.

Hi, you can use my Anonymous Watchers plug-in to be able to subscribe to all news.

And I've almost finished another plug-in "Customized Notifications", which will allow to subscribe to all news through "My Account" Settings (this plug-in will become available on this week, I hope)
