Where should I post about functional suggestions？

Hi,
I am a user who is designing a redmine theme. I am currently having difficulties with the design of the forum pages. For example, the hyperlinks such as reply do not have any css class tags for me to design. It seems that the file should be in the following location:
/usr/src/redmine/app/views/messages/show.html.erb

If I have functional suggestions for redmine, is it appropriate to leave a message here?
