Unused (disabled) statuses for the certain workflow still available in a context menu Status list when we click right mouse button on the issue within an issues list.

If working flow is configured to do not use the certain statuses, they shouldn't be even visible in as disabled in a list, because some roles might have no permission to them and shouldn't see them.
