add sort order for "group by" in issues view

Description

actually it is possible to group issues by status for example. sometimes it could be useful to group the tickets reversed by status. maybe (as example) it is possible to add a checkbox
[ ] reverse output
behind the "group by" dropdown to make the sort order configurable?
