redmine hangs when trying to send test email

Description

Hi,

I use this in configuration.yml:
email_delivery:
delivery_method: :smtp
smtp_settings:
address: domain.com
port: 25
domain: domain.com
authentication: :login
user_name: ""
password: "password"

When I try to send test email or when I perform some action in redmine that would send an email the page just hangs.

I have latest redmine. I can connect to domain.com on port 25 from server.
